How do your training, mentoring, and development programs work?

My training, mentoring, and development programs have a highly personalized structure. I begin by asking each potential student to complete an application which assists me in discerning what their beliefs, passions, gifts, and goals are. The application also assists me in determining whether or not the student and I are a "good fit" energetically. Because of the amount of time and dedication required on the part of the student and myself, and because I limit the number of students I have at any one time in order to assure that each person receives the time and attention necessary for development, I can only work with those who are very serious about their development and whose energies are compatible with my own.  Once the initial interview and application process is complete, the student is notified and from there, together, we develop an individual program to match their personality, goals, beliefs, and needs.

There is no fee for the interview and application process.

Each student I work with receives personalized materials, assignments, personal mentoring, and exercises and will communicate with me regularly via email, phone, and/or in person. In addition to these scheduled communications, I am available to students any time for questions and guidance.


What about those who are of a particular faith, Spiritual Path or tradition?

It is each person's right and responsibility to discover and walk their own Path. I honor and respect all Paths, believing that any sincere Path leads to the same Source.  I work with students or clients that adhere to a particular religion or path from within the framework of that religion or path if this is their desire.

Personally, I am an Interfaith Minister with a Universal approach. Because of my passion for all things Spiritual and my quest to know and understand Deity as fully as possible, I have spent my life studying world religions, traditions, Wisdom paths and metaphysics. These things, my on-going studies, and Spiritual gifts combine to help me work with people from varying religious or Spiritual backgrounds.

In my practice, I have the utmost respect for the individual and their personal Path. I am 100% committed to my students and clients and I consider my work and the opportunities with which it provides me to discover and honor the many facets of Deity, one of the greatest blessings of my life.




Is there a set schedule for the training, mentoring, and development programs?

My programs are set up in monthly blocks and are very flexible. This enables the student to work at their own pace and also leaves room for things such as vacations, holidays and other personal obligations.  Each student will receive assignments and deadlines within their own program but everything operates from the base of the monthly block or program period.



How long does the training, mentoring, or development program last?

Basically, the program continues for as long as the student wishes to participate.  As long as a student wishes to continue, and as long as I agree that it is beneficial to continue, we continue to work together. Should either of us wish to discontinue participation, one month's notice is requested/will be provided.

Strong bonds are formed when people work together this closely and intently. I am blessed to remain in contact with my former students and I'm available to them for questions, support, and encouragement after their programs end. However, the goal in every program is to empower the student, not to make them dependent. Everyone needs guidance and support from time to time, but each person must walk their Path for themselves.




What is the cost of the training, mentoring, and development program?

The The fee for personal development programs is $300.00 (US dollars) per month of study. This covers everything except:

* Long distance charges the student may incur if they make a call to me and I am not within their local calling area. However, I do not charge students long distance when I call them and/or return their calls and contacting me via email is always a free option.

* Outside books or other study aids. The materials I send make up the bulk of the program and are supplied at no extra cost to the student. However, when outside aids are used, these are always discussed and agreed upon so the student is in full control of these possible expenses.

* Postage should the student send anything to me via traditional mail.

Please note that payment for each month of study in which the student wishes to participate is required in advance and is not refundable once that month of study has begun. Money orders and cash (at your own risk if mailing) are the preferred methods of payment. Personal checks are accepted but sessions and services cannot be provided until the check clears the bank (3 business days).

There are three payment options available for each person to choose from:

Full Payment of $300.00 per month/program period.
 
or

2 Partial payments in the amount of $150.00 each for each month of participation in the program. These payments are due on the 1st and the 15th of the month.

or

4 Weekly installments $75.00 once per week for each week of each month of participation in  the program.

If you participate in a personal development program, training program, and/or Spiritual counseling sessions, and your payment is late, a $25.00 late fee will be generated. I understand that emergencies arise but please ensure that your payments are sent on time.

All personal development and training programs include 2 phone or email sessions per month/program period at no additional cost. Regularly required extra support that exceeds these 2 additional hours per program period will generate a bill for that time at my regular hourly rate. My programs are set up with very generous amounts of time spent together and should well cover any extra support so this will not affect most people. You may stop your program at any time with no further obligation. One month's notice is requested.



Do you offer any sort of financial aid? / Is there discounted rate or sliding scale fee?

I understand that financial stress is a major concern for many people and I myself am no stranger to it. I do my absolute utmost to keep costs down for all of my clients and students regarding all of the services I provide. Affordable rates are something I pride myself on and my rates are lower than most I know of in my field.

While I do not offer discounted rates for training and development programs, I am happy to offer several payment (options as listed above) if this helps the student to meet the financial requirements of the program.



Is there a diploma or certificate awarded?

Yes, a certificate of completion is offered at the end of the program. I am also happy to write a letter stating what the student studied, the duration of their studies, and my personal comments about their progress/development while within my program once the program is completed and if the student requests such a letter.
