By scheduling any service offered, communicating with Rev. Jordyn Morrison-Clason, and/or paying for any services Rev. Jordyn Morrison-Clason offers, you are stating that you have read this legal disclaimer and Rev. Jordyn Morrison-Clason's terms of service, that you understand and willingly enter into, agree with, and accept the following: 

1. You are 18 years of age or older.

2. 100% accuracy cannot be guaranteed. By it's very nature, working with Spirit and with psychic energy requires the participation of at least one human and humans are imperfect creatures. All messages and information come in Light and Love with the sole purpose of illumination, inspiration and edification, but they must be interpreted first by an imperfect human channel and then by the intended recipient. While Rev. Jordyn Morrison-Clason possess a high level of accuracy and has a lifetime of experience interpreting the messages she receives and the energy patterns she reads, 100% accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Nothing is definite. Your own free will, choices you make, and the nature of life itself can alter the course of your Path. Anyone who guarantees 100% accuracy is being less than honest. Remember: Anything that can be foreseen can be changed.

3. Any information you receive from any and all communication or consultations with Rev. Jordyn Morrison-Clason, and/or via the Psychic Waves web site is for educational, spiritual, and entertainment purposes only and is not intended to, nor should it ever, take the place of any medical, legal, financial, traditional psychological, or other professional advice. While Rev. Jordyn Morrison-Clason takes her work very seriously, she will not accept responsibility for any decisions made or actions taken by anyone based upon consultations or communications with her, or based upon the information contained within the Psychic Waves web site. The choices you make and the actions you take are solely your responsibility. You agree to completely hold blameless and absolutely indemnify, Rev. Jordyn Morrison-Clason, her business and practice, and the Psychic Waves web site, from any and all liabilities and expenses. 

4. Fees for services must be received prior to your scheduled session. Money orders and cash (at your own risk if mailing) are the preferred methods of payment. Personal checks are accepted but sessions and services cannot be provided until the check clears the bank. Written acknowledgment of payment is provided by Rev. Jordyn Morrison-Clason as soon as it is received. Should you need to cancel or your scheduled service or should Rev. Jordyn Morrison-Clason need to cancel your scheduled service, you will be offered the option of rescheduling that service. If your scheduled service is not rescheduled any payment received will be promptly refunded.

5. Any and all correspondence between yourself and Rev. Jordyn Morrison-Clason is intended for you only. Copyright laws and confidentiality agreements apply. You agree that you will not share, publish, display nor distribute it in any way.

6. Rev. Jordyn Morrison-Clason may use a recording device during communications, consultations, and/or sessions for the purposes of record keeping and to assist in the process of the services she provides. These recordings and all other personal information is kept strictly confidential at all times. You fully understand and agree to this.

7. You have had the opportunity to ask questions and you fully understand and of your own free will choose to enter into this legally binding disclaimer and all stated terms of service.
