Dear
______________________,
Thank you for writing.
This is a very common experience among sensitive people. It is believed
by many people that the time between 2 am and 4 am is the time when the
veil separating our realm from the Spirit realm is the thinnest - the
time when communication is therefore the easiest. If you think
about this logically, it does make some sense. Our minds are at rest so
they are more receptive. Our homes, streets, and neighborhoods are
quietest as most people sleep during this time. In short, there is much
less interference and it is easier for us to "hear" and/or receive.
Many sensitive people also report experiencing this sense of just
having missed something or of hearing someone call their name or of
hearing a "boom" or a "door slam" when they wake. These things are
believed by some to be
the manifestations of the conscious mind's attempt to identify and
understand the events. It seems to know that something, just out of
its range, is happening. Other people believe that these things are
our Spirit Guides, Spiritual Helpers, Angels attempts to get the
attention of our
conscious minds as well. Either way it is viewed, these things are
considered to be indicators that the waking may have Spiritual origins.
It may be helpful for you to meditate on the meaning of the waking. As
you do, ask for Guidance and help understanding what it means for you.
Be open to receiving the answers and they will come to you. Your
Intuition will lead you.
I hope this helps.
Thanks for a great question and Many Blessings.
